Kevin and Priscilla, Sharkfin Cove, California

In the midst of our busy season, with the constant travel and photographing it can be difficult for us to take a moment, and slow down. No matter how busy we are, the coast always brings us back. For us the coast, and ocean will always be where we fell in love.

Needless to say, we never miss a chance to photograph couples when we travel along the coast, and we are so glad we had the chance to meet Kevin and Priscilla for this beautiful night.

Sharktooth beach was amazing, and watching the wonderful way only two souls ridiculously in love can be, we had inspiration to spare. We always tell couples to think of an engagement session as a date, just with us there to capture the magic. We ran along the beach, laughing and enjoying a beautiful sunset, sometimes just pausing to watch the waves crash against the rocks, and the beautiful shades of pink and blue that would result.

Nights like these make us love what we do so much. Congrats Kevin and Priscilla! The joy you both have in each other in contagious, and wonderful.

Vintage Whites + Shop Ruche Tailgate Soiree

A few weeks ago we had the privilege of attending the Vintage Whites + Shop Ruche Tailgate Soiree. It was a magical evening, filled with good conversation and good food.  Darci of Beargrass Gardens hosted an amazing DIY flower crown station, and we all had a blast being creative and adorning our heads with beautiful blooms. Vanessa and Jana of Vintage Whites styled this adorableness, and Sweet Notions made the most beautiful desserts. Almost too pretty to eat...but we did anyways! We was such a great way to end our gorgeous Summer in Montana, and welcome Fall and it's crisp cool evenings.

These were shot on the Hasselblad with Kodak Portra 800. Processing by our wonderful lab, Photovision

Olivia: Senior Model

Shoots like this are always so much fun! Olivia was up for anything I threw at her and we basically shot until a storm rolled in. This girl is amazing, and talented, and I'm excited to see where her dreams take her!

Alexandra and Drew: Connecticut Wedding

We considered ourselves extremely lucky to do what we love for a living. But even more, we count ourselves blessed to meet people like Alex and Drew and travel to Connecticut for their classy black tie affair wedding. They were instantly some of the sweetest people we've ever met and their entire day was filled with love, tears, hugs and new friendships made! I SO wished we lived closer to them, I guess we'll just have to move to the East Coast ;)

p.s. how incredibly handsome does Drew look in that tux?! Yes please!
