"What FAMILY looks like" {Blog Project}

Time for round two (for me!) of the Blog Project!! I'm sharing this project with six other wonderful photographers all over Montana, and on the third Monday of each month we fill in "What ___ Looks Like".  Well last night was my perfect opportunity as my family gathered around my cousin Meghan and covered her in prayer. She leaves tomorrow morning for a month long mission trip to Africa!!! She will be staying with our friend Deanna who's already been there for months now. I'm so excited for her and the incredible things about to happen. We prayed that God would keep his hand on her, that Meghan would be a vessel for the miracles to work through, and that every moment of every day she's changing and impacting lives. The people are already so excited to welcome her into their homes! Our family is big, and this was just a small chunk of us. Prayer is such a powerful thing!! Meghan's heart, along with her dad's, mom's and our grandma's all surrendered at the same moment to let Meghan go. Africa has been on her heart for years now and it just never worked out, until just now. "For such a time as this!" Within a month she had her ticket, the medical supplies, doctor visits, work taken care of, and without asking for money she seemed to raise more than enough!! That money will bless the people of Africa incredibly!! So excited for Meghan, and so blessed to belong to an amazing and strong family!!

We'll see you at the airport in a month Meghan!! I'll be the one with chocolate chip cookies waiting for you!! :D

Now check out what Skye is up to!! :)
